As the Chief Operating Officer of Home Lending at The Federal Savings Bank, Andrew Chojnowski oversees all operational departments for residential mortgage lending.
With over 24 years of residential mortgage lending experience, Andrew has a proven track record of effectively improving the loan manufacturing process by implementing transparency and accountability objectives. Prior to joining the bank, Andrew was SVP of Mortgage Operations at Guaranteed Rate and an Operations Team Lead at U.S. Bank. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University and studied at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education.
Andrew takes pride in building, motivating and leading his teams. He believes leading by example and delegating tasks are essential for his team to gain the skills and experience needed to become leaders themselves in the future. Andrew uses a holistic approach to navigate his team towards the same goal: Delivering a great experience to their customers.
Outside of his professional career, Andrew enjoys traveling, spending time with his family and watching his two girls play soccer and basketball.
