Executive Vice President and National Director of Consumer Direct Lending, Ryan Farhat oversees 10 sales production offices across the country.
Throughout his 21 years of experience, Ryan worked in various roles including mortgage banker, vice president, senior vice president and regional senior vice president. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Western Michigan University.
As a leader, Ryan’s primary focus is to cultivate a vibrant and competitive work environment for his members. He works alongside his bankers to relate to his team personally, implement their ideas and fuel career growth. Ryan tirelessly strives to outperform competitors by enhancing efficiencies in operations while creating the best sales process in the industry. Over the past 12 years, his division has consistently increased loan volume from $200 million to over $2 billion annually. With his wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to excellence, he continues to expand his team into one of the nation’s largest consumer direct platforms.
Ryan’s roots trace back to mid-Michigan, and he, along with his wife, Carrie, and their two boys, Gavin and Gage, presently reside in Franklin, Tennessee. They share a love for the water and outdoor activities. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys evenings out with his wife and friends in the vibrant music scene of Nashville and cherishes quality time with his children.
