Patrick “Michael” Nolan graduated Magna cum Laude from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, having majored in Finance, and minored in International Business. After obtaining his degree, he began his career in the mortgage industry as a Loan Processor working with his father (Patrick J Nolan). By closely working with his father, Michael was able to obtain a wealth of knowledge and gained crucial experience in all aspects of loan origination. Having married and expanded his family to three children, Michael relocated to South Carolina where his family expanded further to a grand total of five children. In South Carolina, Michael has continued his career in the mortgage industry, working as both a Loan Originator and Loan Officer Assistant.
Having attended USMC Officer Candidate School during his time at Villanova, Michael has a strong desire to assist Veterans and Active-Duty personnel with their homebuying experience. With over 10-years of mortgage origination experience, and having assisted hundreds of borrowers, Michael has the knowledge to both support an applicant with structuring the transaction, as well as guide them through the application & documentation process to ensure a smooth closing. Michael prides himself on “discovering the unknowns”, so that common stresses that can come with a purchase transaction are alleviated early and his clients can rest easy in the confidence that the path to closing is clear.
Michael currently resides in Clover, SC, with his wife and children. When not working, Michael can be found spending time with his children and assisting his wife with the daily tasks associated with a large family.
