Michael Ciocca was born in the Cleveland area. Michael started working in the mortgage industry as a loan officer in 2002 and has been in that industry ever since. He has worked for banks and mortgage companies and has experience working with all sorts of borrowers.
For the past 20 years, Michael has been assisting borrowers with their home purchases and refinances. He specializes in all types of loans. Michael tries to make the mortgage process as easy as possible by educating each borrower on the products and mortgage process. Michael chose The Federal Savings Bank because it allows him to offer a wide array of products and rates to his clients.
Outside the office you can find Michael spending quality time with his three children Olivia, Bella, Gianna. Michael is also a huge Cleveland sports fan, and you could catch him rooting on for his favorite home teams. In the summer, Michael likes to stay fit by swimming in the pool and taking his two dogs on walks.
