Peter Surma earned his Master of Business Administration degree from Northcentral University in La Jolla, California, focusing his studies on project management and finance and graduating with honors. His extensive experience in various sectors of the financial industry includes mortgages, automobile financing, and small business management to name a few. He joined The Federal Savings Bank in 2024 as a mortgage banker.

With his rigourous professional endeavors, Peter is extremely grateful for the opportunity to spend quality time with his wife, Julie, and their daughter in primary school. His younger son is attending college, and the older one is a professional like himself who lives in close proximity. The community is essential to his family, and he is pleased to also have the privilege of coaching young children in the sport of soccer. To Peter, soccer is more than just a sport, but a passion for life. He has been a member of the same team for the past twelve years. Peter and his family are also devoted members of their church in Plano, Texas, which plays a vital role in their lives.
