Pat Parks grew up in Chicago’s Northwest Suburbs, and graduated with a Computer Science degree from the University of Illinois, Urbana/Champaign.
Pat spent the next 17 years in the computer science field engineering and managing software developing projects for Fortune 500 companies such as Nextel, Tellabs, Motorola, and Iridium. He spent two years owning a small software consulting company before joining The Federal Savings Bank.
Pat started engineering financial solutions instead of software solutions in early 2002. He has taken the quality initiatives learned in the software engineering field, such as Motorola’s Six Sigma Quality and Total Customer Satisfaction, over to his profession as a mortgage banker. He joined The Federal Savings Bank because this company embraces leading edge technology and offers the most comprehensive financial solutions in the industry.
The Federal Savings Bank offers a variety of superior financing programs for my clients as well as the professional atmosphere that allows their loans to be quickly processed, approved, and closed.
When not working, Pat enjoys spending time with his family, watching and playing sports, and teeing it up on the local links.
