Chris Baduini grew up in Hackettstown, New Jersey and earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University. While at Syracuse, he was also a four-year letterman in men’s lacrosse, competing in four Final Fours and Two National Championships. After obtaining his degree, he began his extensive career in the residential mortgage industry executing every role from Loan Originator to Sales Manager, Area Manager, Market Manager, Director, and Executive. He’s won numerous Presidents Club awards for both individual sales production and team production alike.
After 32 years in residential mortgage originations, Chris has found that consistency wrapped in unwavering professionalism and dedication to his clients is what made him successful through the years. He advises his clients on options and decisions he would make for his own family and takes a relationship-centered view of the process. His goal is to be the home lending advisor for his clients and their family and friends. Regardless of the circumstance, Chris will ensure each one of his clients receives superior guidance as they pursue one of the most personal investments of their lifetime.
Chris has resided in the same home for over 25 years in his hometown of Hackettstown, New Jersey. He has been married to his wife, Sara, for 29 years and they have three children. Chris is an assistant high school varsity girls Lacrosse coach and an avid golfer. He enjoys the daily morning walks with his wife and their family dog, Rosie.
