Dennis earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Iona University in New Rochelle, New York. He began his mortgage & lending career way back in 1995 as a loan processing intern and knew right away that this career path was meant for him. He quickly became a top producing loan officer in the NY Metro area and over the past 25+ years he has successfully helped thousands of home buyers achieve their goal of home ownership. His business is 100% by referral from satisfied clients, trusted financial advisors as well as the most experienced attorneys & realtors.
Over the years, through the toughest of times and market conditions, Dennis has consistently been a top producer and has worked hard to develop and maintain a reputation as a superior loan officer dedicated to providing the very best in customer service. As a result, in 2014 & 2019 Dennis was voted one of the Top Mortgage Professionals in Westchester County as reported by Five Star Professional and published by Westchester Magazine.
Dennis currently resides in Southwest Florida with his wife Tracey and their 4 children where he is a certified youth football coach and is actively involved in the local community.
