Dev Pokhrel is originally from Jhapa, Nepal. Dev has always had a passion for helping others in any way he can throughout his life. He gained experience working as an insurance agent, as well as in quality assurance, but he eventually found the career opportunities that the mortgage industry offers, with the chance to help countless families and individuals on a daily basis. Once he saw this path open to him, the rest was history!
Dev joins us here at The Federal Savings Bank eager to help find success for him and especially his clients. He believes his previous career experiences have equipped him with a strong understanding of financial services and client needs. With fluency in Nepali, Hindi and English, Dev can effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients. His ability to remain detail oriented, while also being communicative and understanding, enhances his ability to meet the unique needs of his clientele. It quickly becomes apparent to the people he works with that Dev genuinely enjoys assisting people in realizing their goals. Dev also understands firsthand the profound joy and relief of owning your own home, especially having been a refugee in Nepal. He strives day in and day out to provide that feeling of joy and comfort to his customers.
Dev currently resides in Columbus, Ohio. In his free time, you can find him reading, or travelling and finding new hiking trails. He enjoys a good match of ping-pong, as well. Dev also spends time with his loved ones as often as he can.
