I’ll begin by saying that before coming to your bank, I had been through four other banks to attempt to close this complex loan. Each bank said they would be able to close and when it came to the closing process, each bank for some reason or another, was unable to close on my loan. It has taken almost two years and tons of paperwork and effort to get to where Fred & The Federal Savings Bank were able to get me today. At the end of the day, the real difference between closing on a complex loan and not closing on it, in my opinion, is the banker and his expertise on getting the client to understand the intricacies of the bank loan process and to guide the client to get both the client and the bank to a place where it’s a win-win. I couldn’t have done this without Fred, and I hope that the bank understands the level of effort and leadership it took to get this complex loan closed. Even though I am moving out of state, I expect to have a long banking relationship with Fred Greif. I’m looking forward to it.
