As Regional Vice President at The Federal Savings Bank, Jay’s expertise serves a large contingent of homebuyers, bankers and realtors. His deep understanding of finance and two decades of experience in the real estate industry help him continuously deliver results beyond client expectations. In addition, Jay’s keen attention to the market combined with his positive attitude and utmost integrity has led to many long-lasting relationships.
Jay moved to the Washington DC metropolitan area from Indiana in 1991. After receiving an MBA in Finance from the College of William and Mary, he worked as a consultant at a top 10 consulting firm and in 2001 left corporate America to pursue his passions in real estate and mortgage finance. Before joining The Federal Savings Bank, he was a top producer at a DC brokerage.
Jay loves music and all the cultural activities our nation’s capitol has to offer. If not spending quality time with his family or tinkering on the guitar, Jay can be found climbing mountains to raise money for children with cancer. Recently, he summited Mt. Kilimanjaro. Next, he has his sights set on Mont Blanc then scaling Mt. Everest! Jay is also the Founder and President of “Hope Share Foundation,” a non-profit that supports kids’ health and educational needs.
