Jocelyn Zapata is a compassionate and dedicated loan officer whose greatest joy lies in helping others reach their homeownership dreams. She is a graduate of Southern Connecticut State University, with a degree in Public Health and minor in Political Science. Jocelyn spent a few years in the public health sector, but ultimately found her calling to enter the real estate industry after her own experience purchasing a home. As a proud Latina and fluent Spanish speaker, Jocelyn brings a unique understanding and empathy to her work, supporting her clients with the respect, guidance, and personalized care they deserve. She knows that securing a loan can be one of the most significant decisions in a person’s life, and she approaches every client with genuine warmth and patience, guiding them confidently through the process.

Along with being a committed loan officer, Jocelyn also serves on the board of her local NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals) chapter. Jocelyn’s commitment to her clients, her community, and her loved ones shines through in all she does. With her caring spirit and dedication, she is honored to guide people toward their financial goals, helping them turn dreams into realities.

Beyond her career, Jocelyn is a loving dog mom to her pitbull mix, Sarabi. She also treasures spending time with her family and friends. Her close relationships are a reminder of the strength and love within her community, and she feels deeply grateful for the support system they provide.
