Kristin Fox has over 20 years in the home loan and finance industry, touching many roles over her career before joining The Federal Savings Bank.
Kristin started her career as a loan officer, learning the ways of the business and enjoying interactions with her clients. After many years as a top producer, she transitioned to mortgage operations, out of a desire to learn about the processing side of the business. A move to Texas offered Kristin a lead role at a community bank, where she grew her knowledge and her career, making her way to Director of Loan Operations in 2018, where she oversaw Construction Lending, Mortgage Operations and Commercial Doc Prep. Since 2022, Kristin has continued her passion to help others, by leading other loan officers as a producing manager, specializing in construction lending and first-time homebuyers.

Kristin has a focus and genuine excitement for her work and helping clients with their lending needs. Throughout the years, Kristin has created a philosophy around delivering accurate, efficient, and transparent customer service. She ensures borrowers remain informed of their loan process from application to funding, and beyond.
