Nicholas Pomering graduated from Fresno State University, earning a bachelor’s degree of science with a focus on finance. Nicholas started his professional career over two decades ago, leaving a small town in Illinois for California’s coast, igniting his professional golf career. Initially driven by golf, Nicholas unexpectedly launched into a successful sales career. Through this journey, Nicholas grasped the importance of relationship-building, not just marketing himself but also showcasing how he could help others achieve their goals.
These experiences molded Nicholas into the sales professional he is today. The journey was fun, exciting, challenging, and ultimately fulfilling, grounded in the core belief of assisting people. Nicholas started as an entry level loan officer, his desire to aid others with their financial challenges guided him. With dedication and guidance from inspiring leaders Nicholas ascended to become a top loan officer within his company, thriving in diverse sales environments to eventually be promoted to a bank branch manager. He has handled all mortgage types from VA to FHA, USDA, and conventional loans and specializing in refinances.
Nicholas currently resides in Chicago, IL with his wife and two children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside, golfing, cooking barbecue, and enjoys watching the Chicago Bulls, Cubs, and maybe the Bears!
