Pearl is a retired Air Force veteran with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. Over her 20-year military career, she held several roles that sharpened her skills in leadership, customer service, and strategic planning. Drawing from her personal experience of relocating frequently, she understands that great levels of service can make a big decision such as buying a home much less stressful. Having used the VA loan herself multiple times, Pearl is deeply knowledgeable about VA loans and is dedicated to helping fellow veterans maximize their home-buying power and build wealth through smart real estate investments.
As a proud Latina and fluent Spanish speaker, Pearl is also passionate about serving the Spanish-speaking community, ensuring they receive the same level of support and guidance throughout the homeownership process, making homeownership accessible to a broader audience.
When not working, Pearl enjoys spending her free time with her husband Regi, their two sons, Little Regi (he’s actually the 4th) and Reagan and their dog Monty. They love checking out new restaurants, heading to a sports game, or going to the movies. She also values giving back to the community, often volunteering in veteran support groups or her church and participating in family-oriented activities.
