As Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of The Federal Savings Bank, Alejandra Denda is the driving force behind the bank’s marketing and growth strategy. Alejandra is focused on enhancing brand awareness, raising consumer engagement and driving company growth across all platforms while developing teams who produce positive results.
Alejandra has over 25 years of experience across a variety of industries and has previously led teams at notable brands, including Kimberly Clark, Clorox, Colgate-Palmolive and Pinnacle Foods. Her background in both traditional and digital marketing approaches, coupled with experience on the agency, client and retailer sides, has made a notable impact in the domestic, international and global markets. An alumna of Harvard University, Alejandra holds a Graduate Degree in Global Marketing in addition to a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires.
Beyond her professional achievements, Alejandra shares her knowledge and expertise as an Adjunct Professor of International Marketing Strategy and Branding in the Digital World at the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University. In 2024, she was selected as one of the 100 CMOs to participate in the Institute for Real Growth’s exclusive IRG100 leadership program.

Born and raised in Argentina, Alejandra is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in Portuguese, French and Italian. In addition to her professional interests, she enjoys yoga, cooking, traveling and spending time with her family.
